An automobile engineer by profession, I am a motorsport enthusiast and a performance driver. I have raced or driven almost all forms of 4 wheeled circuit race cars on tracks ranging from 4 & 2 stroke karts to salon cars and open-wheel formula cars. My driving experience has not been limited to track driving. I enjoy driving anything that moves from point A to B; so much so, I have done field operations using a tractor with implements, hauled trailers, driven tracked snowmobiles, snow bikes and hold a valid license to operate heavy commercial passenger and goods vehicles within India. Apart from driving, I also enjoy working on vehicles. I do most of the regular maintenance work on my cars and some minor modifications from time to time in order to improve my car for track days.
I currently work in the calibration of gasoline internal combustion engines. I have worked on setting maximum brake torque points, sensors and actuator configuration, identifying & reducing emission peaks from drive cycle data and calibration based on driver feedback. Other than engine calibration, I have worked on wiring harness validation and some basic CANbus troubleshooting using CANKing. I enjoy what I do and am looking forward to doing my masters to dive in deeper!

My passion for cars started when I was a child. I was always fascinated by the technical side of motor racing. During my bachelor, I led the brakes domain in a student design team and we went on to finish second overall in our debut event. I started racing seriously in 2021 with my first racing championship earlier this year in the Erda’s Kartopen racing series in Vadodara. I finished third in the championship that was spread across 3 race weekends, bagging multiple podium finishes along the way. In November, I attended the Formula Woman India round selections and am currently awaiting the results. After that, I participated in the Amateur karting race at IndiKarting, Mumbai where I had my first pole to win.
I enjoy the wheel to wheel battles I have with other professional racers on the track and it leaves me wanting for more, every time I get out of the car. I look forward to continuing my training in 4-stroke karting for the next couple of months before moving onto cars.
